Embracing the Master Plan Community Outreach Center is a Texas non-profit 501c3 organization located within the boundaries of Brazoria County. Embracing the Master Plan seeks to be efftective and efficient in development of at risk populations by offering services and programs which promote education, recovery, social mentoring, and counseling. The Center transforms lives by offering the tools to rise above life’s many adversities.
